Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
6. Roll into a round shape with a thicker center and thinner edges.
7. Place the bean filling in the center. 8. Wrap it like a bun, removing any excess dough from the top. 9. Turn the sealed side downward and flatten it. 10. Place a damp cloth on the work surface, put the shaped cake blank on it, and roll it a few times. 11. Brush the surface with water and press sesame seeds onto it. 12. Heat a pan without oil, and place the cake into the pan. 13. Cook over low heat until slightly golden, then turn off the heat. 14. Remove the cake and place it onto a baking tray. 15. Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake in the middle layer for 5 minutes, until the filling begins to ooze out.
