Steps:
1. Mix the fermented tofu, sugar, water, and flour together, knead into a dough, and let it rest to allow for leavening.
2. Add edible alkali to the leavened dough, knead until smooth and elastic, then continue fermenting for a period of time.
3. Roll the fermented dough into a thin sheet.
4. Roll the dough sheet into a long cylindrical shape.
5. Divide the rolled long dough into several portions.
6. Press the divided small dough pieces into thin pancakes.
7. Fry the small dough pancakes in oil until golden brown, then remove them.
